We understand that for first time families opening your home to an Au Pair can be a little daunting. However, with our many years of experience placing Au Pairs, we are here to help you every step of the way and to make this an enjoyable, easy and safe experience for everyone!

Using our knowledge, experience and intuition to match you with Au Pairs with similar interests, personalities and values.

• We are very responsive and act very quickly to meet your ideal start date. As we have Au Pairs all year around with Au Pairs already in Australia we can act fast!
• As each family is unique and can offer a different experience, au pairs also vary in experience – both childcare & life experience and we take the time to explore this.

When you register with Dream Nannies, you will be contacted by one of our friendly consultants to guide you through the process.

Once we have started the search for your Au Pair we will keep you updated and provide you with Au Pair applicants who have been personally interviewed and are interested in joining your family. You then make contact with the Au Pair to determine if they’re a suitable match, in the meantime we continue the search until we find your Dream Au Pair!

We believe in creating long lasting relationships and, as one of our valued families we provide you with advice any on-going support you need – including template agreements/schedules etc.

We also support your Au Pair and connecting her with other local Au Pairs and organized catch-ups to help ensure they settle in as quickly as possible to your family.
