Au Pairs live with a family and provide a combination of child care and light housework duties in exchange for board and pocket money

In Australia, most Au Pairs are travelling on a 12 month visa, so placements usually last 6 months or more, allowing some time for the Au Pair to travel and experience Australia.

All our Au Pairs are fully screened, reference checked and personally interviewed and selected to match your requirements. We follow a rigorous and professional recruitment process and make sure they have Working with Children Checks / Blue Cards, references  and knowledge of First Aid.

Our Au Pairs have great English, are confident drivers for those who need a driver and have a love of children and family life.

We also provide and recommend Au Pair Training if required and provide ongoing support to your Au Pair as well as to your family.

Affordable Childcare

Live in Au Pairs offer the most flexible and affordable childcare for families who have the space and desire to share their homes. Au Pairs are paid weekly “pocket money” in addition to being provided with accommodation and meals. 

Most Au Pairs receive between $250 – $350 pocket money per week and are very flexible to work around families requirements – perfect for shift workers, rural families and busy working families needing that extra help around the home.
