As an agency based in the UK and in Australia we are uniquely positioned to offer successful placements to families in the UK and nannies & au pairs travelling between our two countries and have been successfully doing so for many years.

We look for candidates who have worked with busy families, who are pro-active, energetic, fun who are happy to muck in and help and go the extra mile.
  • We are very responsive and act very quickly to meet your ideal start date. Please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks for an Australian Nanny.
  • As each family is unique and can offer a different experience, our candidates also vary in experience – both childcare & life experience and we take the time to explore this.
  • Our team are busy mums / experienced nannies ourselves, so we get it!

When you register with Dream Nannies, you will be contacted by our friendly consultant in the UK who will guide you through the process.

Once we have started the search for your Au Pair /Nanny we will keep you updated and provide you with applicants who have been personally interviewed and are interested in joining your family. We will organise interview times and guide you through the recruitment process.

We believe in creating long lasting relationships and, as one of our valued families we provide you with advice and any on-going support you need – including Payroll Services, Family Manuals & template contracts you can use.

We also support your Nanny, connecting her with other local Nannies and organising catch-ups to help ensure they settle in as quickly as possible to your family.

If an Au Pair leaves within 30 days we offer one free replacement provided you have met your obligations as a Host Family.

*Free replacements are valid for 3 months unless otherwise agreed. We do not offer refunds for confirmed Placements.
